Sunscape Homes is proud to present the Pleasantview line. This line of elite manufactured homes has all of the great things that make buying a modular-built home so great, for an amazing price! This includes drywall interior walls with vinyl covering, stipple finished drywall cielings, plus wood-grain laminate sides and wood-grain laminate or stained oak face frames and doors. Drywall and other options are also available on all of the Pleasantview homes. Some Pleasantview models are also available in modular as indicated.

Sunscape décor items are all carefully selected by our professional decorator, so rest assured you have the newest colors and décor products for your beautiful home.

We can also offer a certain amount of architectural customization. We can reverse floor plans, add footage or even move some partitions, doors or windows. There are design fees and code limitations, but our staff can assist you as you transform our design into your home. Most floor plans can be built to either HUD-code or Modular.
