Single Section

Sunscape Homes builds single section homes to the same quality standards as all of our multi-section homes. Often times, these manufactured homes can provide a highly affordable house compared to conventional construction as they cost considerably less per square foot than a site-built product.

Ranch

A ranch is a one-story house with a low-pitched gable roof and deep-set eaves. Ranch houses usually have a horizontal, rambling layout. In a ranch house, the emphasis is on openness and efficient use of space. Sunscape Homes offers many options for ranch homes, ranging from the affordably priced to luxurious custom crafted homes.

Bi-Level

A bi-level, or a split-level, is a style of house in which one-half of the house is one story, and the other half of the house is two stories. Small sets of stairs attach the one story section of the house to the two story section. One set leads up, typically to bedrooms and a bathroom. The other set leads down to a large family room and basement area. The first floor is built halfway between the basement and second floor, with the second floor being above the basement. This offers a way to accommodate uneven property, such as a slope or soft hill.

Cape

A cape, commonly referred to as a Cape Cod, is a style of house that originated in the New England area. It is characterized by a small footprint, symmetrical layout and dormer windows. Our cape houses range in size from 1,106 square feet to 1,549 square feet and have one and two lower level bedroom designs. A wood stair system is included in all of our cape homes.

Two Story and More

Our two story homes range from 1,660 square feet to 2,656 square feet and have a standard lower ceiling height of 9’. Ranging from 3-5 bedrooms, the two story homes have designs for a master bedroom downstairs. A wood stair system is included in all of our two story homes.

We also offer luxurious, custom crafted two story homes in our Boulevard series. These homes range from 2,757 square feet to 6,110 square feet. They have a fabulous array of design amenities and a multitude of well-placed, spacious rooms.

Pleasant Street Homes, LLC Announces Dramatic Expansion of Sunscape Homes

Pleasant Street Homes, LLC is pleased to announce a dramatic expansion of its Sunscape offering of modular and manufactured homes in the Northeast. Joining Pleasant Street Homes to lead this major initiative is one of the most respected housing executives in the industry, Warren H. (“Sparky”) Keyes, Jr.

According to Keyes, “The Sunscape offering is a package of products, marketing programs and support services optimized for retailers who carry on all or part of their activities from sales and display centers. Pleasant Street has served a segment of this distribution network for over four years. Now we are vastly expanding the range of the offering and adding a HUD-code capability to our existing modular capacity.”
